Virgin Beach Resort Is A Great Venue

 We offer facilities for all of your function needs: weddings, receptions, anniversaries, birthdays, business meetings, church meetings, concerts, team building, symposiums, seminars, debuts, parties, reunions, banquets and  more.

Virgin Beach Resort has recently completed a Conference Room that can seat 250 persons for sit down dinner and more than 350 for theater seating. The conference room can be divided into 4 smaller rooms for class rooms, and meeting rooms.

There is no charge for the use of our Conference Room when meals are served. We have available free of charge: white board, video projector (use with your power point on your computer or play videos), videoke, sound system, round tables for dining, student desks for classroom, podium, and more.

Other places at Virgin Beach Resort that groups can use for their venue are: the Club House near the sea (maximum 50, tho we've had more), the Club House by the swimming pool (maximum 50, had several garden wedding receptions there) the restaurant entertainment area of the Orchid Hotel (maximum 100, tho we're had more), and soon the Basketball Court will have a stage and roof and seating for up to 500.

PROMO CATERING PACKAGE P200 PER PERSON

Free 3 hours use of function room, free sound system, free entrance for all guests. Add P50 per person to include pool or P250 per person (all swim or none swim). Three entrees, Manudo, Pancit Canton and Chop Suey, Rice, Achara, Buko Desert and Ice Tea. Extra entrée is only P50 per person additional. Additional entrée is Afritada, Adobo, Sweet and Sour, Etc.  Additional hours function room rental are P500 per hour. Videoke is P100 per hour. No corkage for additional outside food drinks. Free set up and clean up. Hot/cold water dispenser P100 per gallon.       

PROMO RENTAL FUNCTION ROOM P5,000 FOR 12 HOURS

Outside caterer must furnish tables and chairs and set up and clean up. P100 per hour for sound system, P100 per hour for videoke. P100 per hour electric charge if your provide your on sound system and P100 per hour electric charge if you provide your on videoke machine. Additional hours function room rental at only P500 per hour. Caterer must provide all plates/utensils etc. P1,000 rental for our table and chairs. P1,000 rental for our plates/utensils etc. Hot/cold water dispenser P100 per gallon. Free entrance for 100 guests for function room but swimming pool is P50 per person (all swim or none swim). 

PROMO CATERING PACKAGE PACKAGE FOR POOL CLUBHOUSE OR CLUBHOUSE BY THE SEA

Same promo catering package above for P200 per person and free use of clubhouse for 3 hours, additional hours only P100 per hour. Free entrance for guest and only P50 per person additional for pool (all swim or none swim). Free sound system, videoke P100 per hour, water dispenser P100 per gallon.

PROMO RENTAL OF POOL CLUBHOUSE OR CLUBHOUSE BY THE SEA P1,000 FOR 3 HOURS

Same as promo rental of function room above except additional hours at only P100 per hour. Outside caterer must furnish tables and chairs and set up and clean up.
