FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- WHAT IS THE COST FOR VACATION OWNERSHIP AT VIRGIN BEACH?
Initial investment for two weeks is $500. Initial investment for four weeks is $1,000.
- WHAT ARE THE ANNUAL EXPENSES?
Maintainance, taxes, insurance and utilities (except electrical) expense is $100 per year for 2 wks and $200 for 4 weeks. Expenses will increase by 3% per year to accomodate the cost of living increases.
- ARE MY WEEKS FIXED OR FLOATING?
They can be either. You also can split your weeks during the year or combine them for several years, as long as the annual expenses are paid. With a two week investment, you can stay four weeks every other year etc.
- CAN I SELL MY WEEKS?
Yes, you can sell them to whomever you wish but you must notify VBR in writing. You can also sell your vacation ownership or assign it to a third pary with written permission from VB. There is a $20 fee to transfer ownership.
- WHAT ARE THE OTHER COSTS THAT ARE INVOLVED?
Only other expense you will incur is the elect- rical meter billing. The meter will be recorded when you arrive and when you leave and you will pay VBR at the posted meter rate per kw. Rate will be posted when you arrive.
- WHAT ARE THE PERKS?
As a vacation owner at VBR you will receive a 20% discount on all VBR services (exclud- ing the VBR store). Meals, drinks, laundry, car rental, plus you will be able to purchase airline tickets at our wholesale rate.
- CAN I USE MY CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR MY VACATION OWNERSHIP?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards for the investment payment as well as for the annual expenses. Electrial meter billing to be paid in pesos at Virgin Beach Resort.
- WHAT IF I DO NOT PAY MY ANNUAL EXPENSES?
You will not be able to use your vacation weeks at VBR untill all your past and current fees are paid in full. If you fail to pay your annual expenses three years in a row and we make every effort to contact you, you will forfeit your initial investment and you will not be able to sell your weeks to a third party as the contract will be voided.

Virgin Beach Resort suffered severe damage November 8, 2013 from Super Typhoon Yolanda. We thank God that all of our staff, family and neghbors are alive and unharmed. We did not have any guests during the storm. The wind was gusting over 200 miles per hour and caused damage to almost every building to some extent...some more than others.
We have repaired all damage and are once again accepting guests. Electricity is restored to the resort and the swimming pool is cleaned daily. We look forward to serving you again at Virgin Bach Resort.
