Our highly trained, multilingual management and staff at Virgin Beach Resort has a total of over 100 years experience in the hospitality field. Our general manager, Vicente Alarde Junior, or Jun as he likes to be called, has over 20 years experience working in hotels, restaurants and stores in Manila and the Middle East. He has been our manager at Virgin Beach Resort since 1995 and most of his children have worked or are now working at the resort. His wife, Jose, is our chef and has created special recepies that have given Virgin Beach Resort the claim to award winning gourmet meals.
Training in serving, cleaning, health and safety are ongoing events with our dedicated staff and we are proud of their professionalism, hard work, and friendly service.
Virgin Beach Resort does not charge a "Service Fee" as in many hotels in the Phillippines and world wide. We feel that tips or gratuities are a personal matter and we leave it up to the guest regarding tipping. Our staff and managment is proud to serve you and only ask that you will come back again and again.

Virgin Beach Resort suffered severe damage November 8, 2013 from Super Typhoon Yolanda. We thank God that all of our staff, family and neghbors are alive and unharmed. We did not have any guests during the storm. The wind was gusting over 200 miles per hour and caused damage to almost every building to some extent...some more than others.
We have repaired all damage and are once again accepting guests. Electricity is restored to the resort and the swimming pool is cleaned daily. We look forward to serving you again at Virgin Bach Resort.
