Fully furnished with double bed (two double beds in large cottage unit), night stand with lamp, room divider, television, dvd player, satalite t.v. (you purchase your own prepaid card), table and chairs, refrigerator, cook stove, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, utensils, rice cooker, hot water pot, airconditioning, electric fan, hot water in private bathroom with shower, private veranda furniture, ample closet storage space for long term stay, and full use of all amenities.

SMALL DUPLEX COTTAGE UNIT

Published Monthly Rate P36,000

• Breakfast daily for one or two persons.
• All utilities including electricity, gas, water/sewage/trash, satalite t.v. (you purchase your own prepaid card), mineral water (limit one 5 gallon per week).
• Use of all resort amenities, including private beach and swimming pool with water slide.
• P36,000 cash payment due at check-in.

Month to Month Rate P20,000 Per Month No Meals

• All utilities including electricity, gas, water/sewage/trash, satalite t.v. (you purchase your own prepaid card), mineral water (limit one 5 gallon per week).
• Use of all resort amenities, including private beach and swimming pool with water slide.
• Plus P5,000 security fee one time payment for cleaning, repairing, repainting.  Not a deposit, non refundable.
• P25,000 cash payment due at check-in, P20,000 each following month.

One Year Lease P15,000 Per Month No Meals

• Use of all resort amenities, including private beach and swimming pool with water slide.
• P45,000 cash payment due at check-in.

Month to Month Rate P25,000 Per Month No Meals

• All utilities including electricity, gas, water/sewage/trash, satalite t.v. (you purchase your own prepaid card), mineral water (limit one 5 gallon per week).
• Use of all resort amenities, including private beach and swimming pool with water slide.
• Plus P5,000 security fee one time payment for cleaning, repaiaring, repainting.  Not a deposit, non refundable.
• P30,000 cash payment due at check-in.  P25,000 each following month.

MONTHLY RENTALS AT VIRGIN BEACH RESORT

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for renting a duplex cottage unit from us at Virgin Beach Resort.  We wish to clarify serveral items as conditions for renting our cottage.  By renting a cottage at Virgin Beach Resort Cebu, you agree to the following:

1. P5,000 security/cleaning/repainting/replacement/repair fee is not a deposit and will not be refunded.  Virgin Beach Resort Cebu will charge for missing and/or broken items from the signed inventory in addition to the fee.
2. Virgin Beach Resort Cebu will furnish one gas container per month for cooking and renter will purchase any extra that he needs.  Virgin Beach Resort Cebu will furnish one 5 gallon mineral water for drinking per week and renter will purchase any extra that he needs.
3. Virgin Beach Resort Cebu will furnish cottages with two sets of linens and renter willl wash and maintain linen in good order and return clean to Virgin Beach Resort Cebu upon departing from the resort.  Virgin Beach Resort Cebu will wash clothes and linens at the current kilo rate posted at the front desk.
4. Washing of clothes/linens can either be done in the shower or at the back of the cottages and clothes/linens for drying can only be hung to dry at the back of the cottages on approved clothesline and not in the front of the cottages.  Electric dryer is available at Virgin Beach Resort Cebu at current kilo charge posted at the front desk.
5. Small duplex cottage unit is for one or two persons and additional payment must be made to Virgin Beach Resort Cebu for additional guests.  Large duplex cottage unit is for one to four persons and additional payment must be made to Virgin Beach Resort Cebu for additional guests.  Charge will be determined by the management.
6. Day use guests will be charged at the regular day use rate when using the swimming pool only but not for visiting the renter.
7. Renter  may not operate any business in or arount the cottage unit without the written consent from the management.  No renter will operate a business that directly competes with Virgin Beach Resort Cebu.
8. Renter may not engage in any illegal activity including illegal drug use, or any activity that violates Philippine law.  Renter may be asked to leave and/or face criminal charges and no monies will be refunded.
9. There is no refund for any unused portion should the renter decide to leave early.  Should a renter stay longer than the paid month, the daily rate will be charged.
10. Cottage unit si completely furnished as per inventory.  Additional items may be rented from Virgin Beach Resort Cebu or you may purchase items in Bogo.  Sorry, there is no "borrowing".
11. Please respect other guests privacy, and please be courteous and considerate to others regarding noise, loud music, t.v., stereo, singing, playing iinstruments, laud talking and others.
12. Payment is payable in advance.  There are no exceptions.  Virgin Beach Resort has the right to have the renter evicted for non-payment.
13. Renter is expected to keep the unit clean.  All cleaning items are furnished by the renter.  All toilet paper and any personal items are furnished by the renter.
14. All trash/garbage is to be put in plastic bags and tied and given to the staff in the morning for disposal.
15. Renter must trun off all lights, electrical items and airconditioner when leaving the resort.  Renter must help conserve all resources at all times including electicity, gas, water etc.
16. Rent is due on the date of check-in and the same date on the following months.  We do not prorate the rent.
