Virgin Beach Resort has recently completed a Conference Room that can seat 250 persons for sit down dinner and more than 350 for theater seating.  The conference room can be divided into 4 smaller rooms for class rooms, and meeting rooms.

There is no charge for the use of our Conference Room when meals are served.  We have available free of charge:  white board, video projector (use with your power point on your computer or play videos), videoke, sound system, round tables for dining, student desks for classroom, podium, and more.

Other places at Virgin Beach Resort that groups can use for their venue are: the Club House near the sea (maximum 50, tho we've had more), the Club House by the swimming pool (maximum 50, had several garden wedding receptions there) the restaurant entertainment area of the Orchid Hotel (maximum 100, tho we're had more), and soon the Basketball Court will have a stage and roof and seating for up to 500.

• One hour karoke and one hour billiards

• Two hour karoke and two hour billiards
• 25% discount on all rooms for same night as function
• Swimming pool use for only P50 per person (proper swimming attire)Minimum of 30 persons

CATERING PACKAGE C P300 PER PERSON (children under 6 half price)

• Soup, achara salad, rice, buko salad, mineral water, one round soft drinks
• Five entrees: same as above with addition of Filipino beefsteak or sweet/sour fish
• VBR centerpiece each table (fresh or plastic flowers)
• Sound system with microphone and podium
• Three hour karoke and three hour billiards
• 30% discount on all rooms for same night as function
• Swimming pool use for only P50 per person (proper swimming attire)Minimum of 40 persons

OPTIONAL ITEMS:  Lechon Baboy P5,000. VBR transfer P3,000 from Airport, Metro Cebu or Pier each way (up to 20 persons). VBR transfer P500 from Bogo City each way (up to 20 persons). Live Music: negotiable.
